If you want to burn a DVD in Windows 7 then follow the steps:
1. Insert the DVD;

2. Take the mouse on the file that you want to burn and right-click your mouse then copy it;

3. Now right-click on the DVD and open it. Then add a title in "Disc title" and click on "With a CD/DVD player" then click "save";

4. Now paste the file in the DVD;

5. Then left-click on the file and then click on "Burn to disc";

6. Now select recording speed and press "Next";

7. Now click "Finish" to close the wizard.
